6:00PM @ Bottlemixx Beer Pairing with Duck Donuts

Oh what a blast this was last year. We had plenty of fun and enjoyed the crowd so much that we couldn’t wait to do it again this year!
The relationship between beer and donuts has led to quite creative and delicious beers such as Evil Twin’s Imperial Donut Break, Rogue’s Voodoo Donut, and Burial’s Skillet Donut Stout.
Perhaps a vanilla and Oreo paired with a creamy chocolate stout, a maple glazed and bacon donut with a nutty brown ale, a chocolate frosted with shaved coconut with a perfect coffee porter and a peanut butter coated delight with a traditional German Märzen. The list of possible flavor combinations is wonderfully endless. Let’s be honest though, we sold you already with just donuts and beer!
So come find out for yourself just how well craft beer and delicious donuts complement each other.  Join us starting at 6:00 pm on 09/22/17 for 4 different beers paired perfectly with 4 different donuts.

4:00PM @ Stag's Head Burial Showcase

Dawn Of The Supernatural | Fresh Hop IPA | 6.5%

Once a year, the great harvest yields the resinous fresh hop cones
that most of us brewers living far from the hop fields won’t ever see
until dried. Thanks to Hop Head Farms in Michigan, who drove them down
to us, we dry-hopped this beer with 400# of high quality East Coast
Cascade and Chinook. The beer showcases piney and pithy resins in a
light-bodied barley and wheat IPA.

12:00PM @ Brewery Bhavana Grove, Till & Roselle Release

We will be releasing Grove and Till in cans for the first time and our first bottled offering, Roselle!

Grove, Double IPA (8%)
Many brewers are judged solely on the strength of their Double IPA; here is our offering. Brewed with a profusion of hops, Grove will take you on a long walk through a citrus orchard, dripping with clementine, grapefruit and peaches. Its restrained upfront bitterness, like pith and peel, opens to reveal its juicy, tropical flavors: thirst quenching and surprisingly round.

Till, Farmhouse Ale (4.8%)
Traditionally brewed by farmers in the Wallonia Valley of Belgium, saisons were made to sustain farmhands through the hard work of the summer and harvest seasons. Till builds its intricate and slightly tangy flavor from our house yeast, myriad light malts, Target, Hallertau and Crystal hops.

Roselle – Rosé Inspired Ale (13%)
Our first bottled offering, this blushing, floral ale is modeled after sparkling French rosés. Hibiscus lends soft aromatics to balance its rough bubbles and clean, dry finish. Aged over tart cherries, grapefruit zest, and raspberries, then blended with just a touch of our house sour culture, it takes us more than three months to make.
